For any home owner looking to move or simply sell up and exit the housing ladder it can be very stressful trying to get a quick house sale. The 1% saving is usually a "con", if you don't stimulate enough interest in buying your property (and hopefully buyers bidding against each other) you will not maximise your sales price. Also using a sole agent opens you to the occasional rogue estate agent who will under-sell your house to a "friend".
4. In addition to appointing estate agents look for free advertising websites where you can place your property for sale. The more places you advertise the greater the chance of finding a buyer to sell your house fast at the maximum possible price.
Just occasionally the above approach will not work, very often because you don't have the time, may be it a mortgage lender trying to repossess your property. In such circumstances a last resort is to try one of the online estate agent companies to get that quick house sale for you. As with high street agents, don't just try one, get a few quotes.
