We aim to deliver the best maintenance management in terms of QUALITY, PRICE and DELIVERY TIME. We maintain our own database to score the performance of trades personnel, allowing us to deliver this service to the Landlord for a quality tenure.
Management costs
We can source tenants and manage the tenancy for a fee of 8% of the gross rental (discounts are available for multiple property accounts). Property maintenance is managed from hiring to completion and sign-off of the maintenance work invoice.
